It currently has an area of approximately 30,000 m2, capacity for 480 users and has all the infrastructure and requirements required for the current three-star classification.
Since its opening, the Camping Park has been a development hub in the parish of Vila Chã and a reference in the municipality, contributing to the dynamism of the various local economic activities.
History
The Vila Chã Camping Park was born from a family project by a couple who loves camping. In May 1988 this project was declared by the General Directorate of Tourism, as an activity of interest for national tourism. Inspected by the competent authorities, its opening was authorized in April 1990.
The levels of quality of the development have gradually increased thanks to successive improvements in the respective infrastructures. Stand out the construction of the new reception buildings, mini-market, 2nd sanitary block, remodeling and expansion of the bungalows, as well as reinforcing the commitment to the environment through the use of solar energy.

For camping national card holders, the Park offers a 10% discount on the current list prices, except on the electricity price.
To the holders of the CDP card (Associação de Caravanismo de Portugal), the Park offers a 10% discount on the list prices in force, with the exception of July and August, electricity rates, visits and complementary means of accommodation.
